I'm trying to be zen. Since I was born. :D
I was almost getting somewhere like halfway there, but then the pandemic hit me hard and threw me a mile back... bottoms on the floor. While I was there waiting for the pain to go away so I could get back up on my feet, I noticed I was making a butterfly pose. It felt good and I started learning other ones. It made getting up on my feet again a lot easier and the way up really pleasant. I'm much more flexible now... hope I can say the same about being calm soon.
