Chilling out by yourself or with family and friends, slowing down so you can be in the moment, or just curling up for a nap are just a few things that I think of when I see the adorable sloths in Take It Sloth. They are a reminder that slowing down can be an important thing, and that sometimes doing nothing is exactly what we need to recharge.
