Small World ~ France Artsy Starter 1

This wonderful pack was made as part of my Small World ~ France Collection.  It contains everything you need to get a quick start on an artsy style page!
The frame comes as a background layer and a forground layer and the super artsy paper is seperate, you can use them together or not, as you wish!!  Add your photos and pieces from the Small World ~ France Collection or another of your favourite kits to make your page personal to you.

1 12x12 super arty paper in jpg format
1 completed frame
1 bottom layer watercolour
1 top layer frame cluster
1 word art (English and French)

Layered psd and tiff files are also included.

Created at 300 ppi for maximum printing quality.  Clusters come both with and without shadows.
