In a world that is constantly moving, it is easy to get caught up in the go, go, go of things.  We sometimes have to remind ourselves to step back and slow down.  Chilling out by yourself or with family and friends, slowing down so you can be in the moment, or just curling up for a nap are just a few things that I think of when I see the adorable sloths in Take It Sloth.  They are a reminder that slowing down can be an important thing, and that sometimes doing nothing is exactly what we need to recharge.
